Just what is a chakra? You may have heard the term in a yoga class or seen a chakra massage on your local spa's menu of services. A chakra is a life force, or energy, center. Our bodies have seven major chakras that reflect our physical, emotional, and mental state.

In this 90 minute class, you'll learn how about each chakra works. You will learn how to re-balance your physical, emotional, and mental state by balancing your chakras. You will also learn simple techniques can be used to unblock, and cleanse your chakras. You will learn:

- Characteristics of each chakra
- How to open your chakras
- How to close your chakras
- When to open and when to close your chakras
- Tones associated with each chakra
- Cleansing your chakras
- Balancing your chakras
