Food is the second most important way in which energy is taken into the body and it's the energy in food that sustains you. Food that is higher in energy and vitality helps to keep you in good health. Food not only imparts its own energy, but it is responsive to external forces such as your thoughts, thus it is a cycle that you can direct.
