
This class will be both an interactive and demonstrative class about proper healthy lifestyle, fitness strategies, and overall wellness through eating and exercise.
Topics:
-Kinesiology - how to correctly use body mechanics safely and effectively
-Nutrition - how our bodies use calories we eat, what foods to avoid or use moderately
-Metabolism - how can we make our bodies metabolism increase
-The seven components of fitness - Balance, Endurance, Flexibility, Strength, Ply metrics, Isometrics, and cardio.
The goal of this class is to help individuals work towards understanding how their bodies physiology works, and to maximize our health potential through education, implementation, and understanding. Knowledge is power and this class will empower you to be your own motivator towards improving your well-being.
