
This class offers a unique blend of two ancient traditional practices:
The practice of Chi Gong, or 'working with the life energy', is based on coordinating different breathing patterns with various physical postures and motions of the body to promote the circulation of Chi.
This is practiced mainly for health maintenance, as well as many therapeutic benefits. The gentle practice of yoga, with stress on proper alignment and form, is geared towards restoration, healing and relaxation. Appropriate for practitioners of all levels.
Facilitated by Amila Vinyasa/Power, Gentle, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Chi Gong. Her classes are blend of asana practice, breath/energy work, and relaxation/meditation.
