Join us for a rejuvenating hour of physical healing in the vibration of the Universal Medicine Wheel. Through guided slow and gentle movement, breathing, meditation, and affirmation in the Universal Wheel we flow together as a Oneness, and balance mind, body, and spirit. We become aware of our connection with Spirit and all living things, which opens us to healing.

In the sacred space of the Universal Medicine Wheel, we move rhythmically to balance our chi, or life energy, so that it flows throughout our whole being. We affirm statements of choice about our lives and of love, light, and healing to support us in those choices. We experience the flow of all life through connecting with the elements of the Wheel. As a result, we come away healed and with renewed energy, physical strength, and balance in our lives.
